Available tools

TeachNest includes independent email accounts, educator academies, course/lecture editing, protected uploads, learner enrolments, connected course checkout, coaching requests, assignments, varied question types, progress, support threads and reports. Educators must complete public profiles and accurate listing disclosures before appearing in discovery.

External services

Authentication uses Supabase. Hosted records and uploaded files use ChatGPT Sites storage. Course payments use the educator’s connected Razorpay account or payment links. Live meetings and external videos use educators’ chosen providers. Marketing tools prepare drafts and export contacts; automatic email/WhatsApp delivery is not connected.

What has and has not been verified

Automated checks exercise role and academy isolation, enrolment/access rules, uploads, assessments, payment signatures and mocked provider responses. These are implementation checks, not an independent production security certification or proof of customer traction. Real browser journeys, email delivery, provider sandbox payments, mobile screen readers, load testing, uptime and disaster-recovery restoration still require operational verification.

Business evidence

Directory counts describe public listings. They do not show total customers, paying educators, platform revenue, retention or learner acquisition. TeachNest does not promise that publishing a course brings learners. Commercial, ownership and investment documents must come from the operator.

Portability

Academy owners can download their academy records and course data from Settings. Uploaded materials remain separately downloadable with owner access. The export excludes gateway secrets and learners’ private notes. This is a data export, not a demonstrated off-platform restoration.
