Service & purchase terms
What is being purchased
Course and coaching purchases are made from the named educator or academy. Review the actual lesson outline, scope, price, access validity and seller’s refund/cancellation policy before enrolling. A published status means the educator chose to publish; it is not independent certification of their content or qualifications.
Payments and access
Connected course checkout uses the educator’s Razorpay account. Captured live payments are verified before access is granted. Test payments do not grant real paid access. Hosted payment links and coaching payments require the educator to verify receipt. Never pay an amount or merchant you do not recognise.
Live teaching and materials
Live sessions use meeting links supplied by educators. TeachNest does not provide a built-in live classroom or automatically record meetings. Uploaded video and files require the applicable access permission. External video hosts apply their own privacy rules. Screen recording or extraction cannot be guaranteed to be prevented.
Educator subscriptions
The approved fixed-term plans are ₹799 for one month, ₹3,999 for six months and ₹8,000 for one year. They are separate from course prices and provider charges. There is no automatic recurring renewal. Checkout remains unavailable until platform operator, tax/price and subscription refund disclosures and the platform’s payment gateway are configured.
Accounts and conduct
Use accurate account and academy information and share only content you have permission to provide. Keep passwords and access links private. Educators must describe their actual content accurately and fulfil the services they advertise.
Disputes and consumer rights
For teaching purchases, first contact the named educator and retain your payment reference and course description. Platform support is available through the contact form. Nothing on these pages removes consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
